Heaven and Earth provides private instruction in yoga and/or meditation.Private sessions are individually created to meet your needs. Private instruction is for those students who are interested in deepening their practice in a way that can only be attained through the focus and care of a one on one teacher/student relationship. The teacher guides the student by cultivating a temporary immersion of breath and asana guided by verbal cues and hands on adjustments.

Private instruction is useful in the following situations:

• as an evaluation session for students who want to try yoga for the first time and need some help in evaluating the appropriate level/type of class to take
  

• students who prefer not to practice in a group setting
  

• students who want a deep immersion and one on one attention
  

• students who want to focus and develop a particular aspect of practice

 

Sessions are scheduled at your convenience and held in a lovely space that is quiet and conducive to developing your practice. Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes in length. The cost for a 60 min private session is $75.00, the cost for 90 min is $100.00.
